Some of the best to wear the Black & Gold are set to return to campus during the Bowers vs. Carroll Alumni Game, set for Saturday at Mizzou Arena.
Featured in the third edition of the game include captain Laurence Bowers of Team Bowers plus Evan Boehm, Chase Coffman, Tony Criswell, Markus Golden, Henry Josey, Jeremy Maclin, Martez Manuel, Ricardo Ratliffe, Rickey Paulding, Doug Smith, Jarrett Sutton and Jason Sutherland.
DeMarre Carroll leads Team Carroll and will be joined Melvin Booker, Justin Britt, Kobe Brown, Justin Gage, Tre Gomillion, D’Moi Hodge, Ziggy Hood, Corby Jones, Brock Olivo, Larry Roundtree, Kevin Rutland, Aldon Smith and Jeremiah Tilmon.
Doors open at the north entrance of Mizzou Arena on Saturday morning at 9 a.m. with autographs on the east concourse from 10 to 11 a.m. Tipoff is set for noon and features four 10-minute quarters. The alums are also set to crown a champion in a 3-point contest.
A $10 donation is suggested for admission to the contest.
