The St. Louis Blues shut out the Washington Capitals 3-0 Tuesday night as Jimmy Snuggerud and Otto Stenberg scored and Joel Hofer made 21 saves for his sixth shutout of the season. Jordan Kyrou added his team-leading 17th goal into an empty net late to seal it. The Blues have now won two straight and are 9-2-2 since returning from the Olympic break. Hofer says they can play with anyone in the league.
