Give Local First two-person 18 hole golf scramble will be held at North Terra Golf Course Friday Oct 24th with Tee times of 8am and 1pm you may play in both but with a different partner. Prize on every hole and two side games cost is $200.00 per team. Proceeds benefit The Howell County Special Olympics. Sign your team up at North Terra Golf Course in West Plains.
On Friday, October 10, the West Plains Quarterback Club will sponsor Black Out Cancer Night as the West Plains Zizzers take on the Poplar Bluff Mules. The special event will benefit the Ozarks Healthcare Cancer Treatment Center.Fans are encouraged to wear black to show their support for cancer fighters and survivors. A highlight of the evening will be the Warrior Walk Ceremony at 6:30 p.m., honoring individuals who have battled cancer either personally or alongside a loved one. Those who would like to be recognized during the ceremony are invited to register by contacting Ashley Cooley at ashleycooley@zizzers.org
