The Liberty Eagles hosted the Bliar Oaks Falcons Saturday in the class 2 state football semifinals. It was a muddy field and rain fell most of the first half. But it didn’t slow down the Blair Oak Falcons as the flew to the state championship game by shutting out the Liberty Eagles 42-0. Blair Oaks will face St Pius X in the class 2 championship game on Saturday.

The Missouri Tigers went to Ark to take on the Razorbacks on Saturday. A fourth-quarter punt return for a touchdown by Mizzou’s Kevin Coleman Jr. broke open a close game on a wet and windy day at Donald W. Reynolds Razorback Stadium and the Tigers’ defense pitched a second-half shutout Saturday as Mizzou closed out the regular season with a 31-17 win over Arkansas.
The West Plains Lady Zizzer Basketball team will take part in the Marshfield Lady Jay’s Tip off classic basketball tournament Dec 1st through the 5th. Lady Zizzers will face Central on Monday Dec 1st at 4pm then on Wednesday Dec 3rd Lady Zizzers will face Miller and on Friday Dec 5th Lady Zizzers will face Mtn Grove.
The Strafford boys basketball tournament starts on Dec 1st Seymour vs Cassville at 530 and at 7pm Mtn Grove plays Buffalo. On Tue Dec 2nd Willow Springs plays Sparta at 530 game will air on KUKU 100.3, then at 7pm Strafford plays Ava at 7pm.
