The 2023 high school football season is in the record book as all class championship games were played this past weekend. Class 1 state championship- Marionville over North Platte 29-0. Class 2 championship-Lamar over Valle Catholic 35-28. Class 3 championship-Central Park Hills over Seneca 48-34. Class 4 championship-Kearney over Hillsboro 68-28. class 5 championship-Cardinal Ritter over Republic 38-25. Class 6 championship-Liberty North over Christian Brothers 38-7.
