Saint Louis headed to NCAA Tournament to face Georgia in Buffalo

The Saint Louis University Billikens are headed back to the NCAA Tournament, earning a number-nine seed in the 2026 NCAA Division One Men’s Basketball Championship. Saint Louis, now 28-5 on the season, will face the number eight seed Georgia on Thursday, March 19th at KeyBank Center in Buffalo, New York.

It marks the Billikens’ eleventh NCAA Tournament appearance and their first since 2019. The winner moves on to face either top-seeded Michigan or the winner of the First Four matchup between UMBC and Howard on Saturday, March 21st. Saint Louis enters the tournament with a school record tying 28 wins after finishing 15 and 3 in Atlantic 10 play to earn a share of the conference regular season title, while Georgia comes in at 22 and 10 overall with a 10 and 8 mark in the SEC.
