Six Missouri Tigers are headed to the NFL

Six Missouri Tigers are headed to the NFL after a strong showing in the 2026 NFL Draft. Four players went in the top 100, tying a program record. Defensive end Zion Young and linebacker Josiah Trotter were taken back-to-back in the second round, followed by Chris McClellan and Keagen Trost in the third. Young and Trotter led a defense that ranked among the nation’s best last season, while Trost anchored one of the top rushing attacks in the country. It marks the second-highest draft total in school history and continues the upward trend under head coach Eli Drinkwitz.
