The All-Ozark conference Volleyball team has been announced and only two Zizzers made the cut making first team Ashton Judd and Honorable Mention Mia Thomas.
The All-Ozark conference softball team has been announced ant lady zizzers making the list. Allyssa Joyner made first team all-conference and making second team all-conference Emmy Howell, Megan McCrackin and Zoey Williams.
The fifth ranked MSUWP Lady Grizzlies claimed their 18th Region Championship this past Saturday but now it’s time to focus on the district championship That will be played at the West Plains Civic Center this Fri and Sat, the winner gets to take the coveted trip to the NJCAA national tournament held at Hutchinson KS Nov 18th – 20th. Paula Wiedemann head coach of the Lady Grizzlies tells us about this coming weekend tournament.
Area youngsters entering grades two through eight are invited to participate in the Grizzly Basketball Camp Dec. 20-22 at the West Plains Civic Center. With more here is Grizzly head coach Jared Phay.
