Willow Springs Bear Football Boosters to Celebrate 100 Years of Bear Football with Annual Dinner and Auction

(WILLOW SPRINGS, Mo.)  The Willow Springs Bear Football Boosters Club is gearing up for a milestone celebration as it hosts its 5th Annual Pulled Pork Dinner and Auction on Thursday, August 15. This year’s event carries special significance as the community honors 100 years of Bear Football tradition.

The dinner and auction serve as one of the club’s largest fundraisers of the year, with proceeds directly benefiting the Willow Springs Football Program. Funds raised will help cover the cost of equipment, uniforms, travel expenses, and meals for athletes.

“This is such a special year for the Bear Football family,” said a spokesperson for the Boosters Club. “We’re not only raising funds to support our current players but also celebrating a century of dedication, teamwork, and community pride.”

Local businesses, alumni, and community members are encouraged to get involved by donating items, services, or financial contributions to support the event. All donors will be recognized during the dinner and auction, in the event program, and across the club’s social media platforms, unless anonymity is requested.

The Pulled Pork Dinner and Auction is open to the public, with the celebration promising great food, spirited bidding, and plenty of Bear pride.
