She is survived by: 2 sons, Marion Patterson and partner Darlene Austin of Carrier Mills, IL, Eric Patterson and wife Dena of Bonne Terre, MO; 3 daughters, Cindi Aubuchon of Park Hills, MO, Lola Hampton of Festus, MO, and Stephanie Vanover and husband David of Thayer, MO; 3 sisters, Patricia Benton of Las Vegas, NV, Cheryl Papa and Linda Baltazar of Belleflower, CA; 10 grandchildren, Lori, Jennifer, Brian, Wesley, Russell, Amber, Lacey, Bobby, Heather, Aspen; and numerous other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by: her husband, Marion Patterson; her parents, Harry and Lola Griggs; 2 brothers, Dean and George Griggs; a son, Terry Patterson; a daughter-in-law, Barb Patterson; and a granddaughter, Michelle Adele.
She was a homemaker to her 6 children, 11 grandchildren, and 20 great-grandchildren. She loved her family more than herself. Being a wife, mother, and grandmother was the most important thing to her.
Funeral services will be 2pm Monday, March 21, 2022, at the Liberty Freewill Baptist Church in Gatewood, MO, with burial following in the Liberty Cemetery. Visitation will be 1pm-2pm just prior to the service. Arrangements are under the direction of the Clary Funeral Home of Thayer, MO.
