JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. β State Rep. Robert Ross has announced that he’ll be running for the 33rd District Missouri Senate seat.
Ross, of Yukon, is a small business owner, land surveyor, and family farmer who was first elected to the Missouri House in 2012 and has since represented Texas County, the southern third of Phelps and Pulaski counties, and the Goldsberry Township in Howell County. He has served on the House budget committee for the last seven years and has been the chairman of the Government Oversight and Professional Registration and Licensing committees.
Ross says he hopes that constituents will send him back to Jefferson City as state senator in 2020:
