The West Plains Lady Zizzers held their first home game of the season against the Nixa Eagles on Monday, Dec. 18th.
The first quarter was rough for the Lady Zizzers as the Eagles more than outscored them 2-to-1, ending the quarter 8 to 19. West Plains did a great job recovering in the second quarter, outscoring Nixa 15 to 12 but would end the half behind 23 to 27.
The Zizzers would have their only lead of the game during the third quarter with a score of 34 to 33 but the Eagles would take the score back and run with it to end the quarter Lady Zizzers 40, Eagles 53. West Plains was not able to recover their steam from the early third quarter, falling in the fourth to Nixa, 48 to 65.
