West Plains, MO. – In the late afternoon of Monday, April 15th, a teen driver from Willow Springs received injuries after an overturn crash on a county road.
This crash took place around 4:10pm on County Road 4100, just two miles west of West Plains. A Ford Taurus was being driven by Willow Springs native, 18-year-old Katie Goforth. According to the crash report, the driver traveled off the roadway and struck a fence before overturning.

Goforth was not using a safety device at the time of the crash, and received moderate injuries from the collision. She was transported to Ozarks Healthcare in West Plains for treatment during the aftermath.
The vehicle was totaled as a result of the crash.
