A 32-year old man faces charges of DWI and Careless and Imprudent Driving after he ran off of Route AM in Mountain Grove striking a curve sign and overturning in his 2015 Buick Encore.
He was released to receive medical care for his Serious Injuries. He was Transported to Ozarks Healthcare in West Plains.
