Mountain Home Man Arrested for Drug Possession

At 10:03 a.m. on Wednesday June 25th the Baxter County Sherriff’s Department booked 28-year-old Dustin Magneson into the Baxter County Jail.

Magneson is being held on a $5000 bond after receiving charges of Possession of a schedule IV or V Controlled Substance, 2 counts, as well as 3 counts of Simple Possesion of a Controlled Substance.

He is scheduled to appear in court on July 7th, 2025.
