WEST PLAINS, MISSOURI- On July 8th, 2025; The Howell County Sheriff’s Department executed a search warrant at an address on Joe Jones Boulevard in West Plains, Missouri. During the execution of the warrant, multiple arrests were made in addition to the discovery of illegal narcotics and drug related paraphernalia.
This particular building on Joe Jones Boulevard had been linked to several methamphetamine seizures. A warrant was submitted and signed by a judge and executed by Cpl. Travis Weaver and Deps. Tyler Ryan & Kory Taylor.
Upon entry, suspects were detained, and both narcotics and paraphernalia were located in two areas of the home.
- Particularly; there were baggies of suspected methamphetamine hidden in a trashcan and eyeglass case.
- A loaded syringe and related paraphernalia were also located in a separate part of the residence.
Charged are;
- Lisa Silva-Oropeza and Amanda Wallace. Both arrested on active warrants and transported to the Howell County Jail.
- Brad Frieman. Charged on delivery of a controlled substance (Except 35 milligrams of less of Marijuana) Held on a $15,000.00 bond.
The warrant was executed by The Howell County Sheriff’s Department to combat the sale and trafficking of narcotics across Howell County & The West Plains community.
