Two West Plains residents were injured when the 2014 Dodge Durango, driven by a 30-year-old man ran off the roadway and struck a tree.
The driver, who sustained minor injuries, and the 25-year-old female passenger, who sustained moderate injuries, were both taken to Ozarks Healthcare in West Plains by private vehicle.

The accident happened around 1:30 on County Road 4220 three miles west of West Plains.
