LITTLE ROCK, Ark. —
Paul Y., a Baxter County resident, won $300,000 playing Xtreme Money. He purchased the $10 instant game at E-Z Mart #4243, located at 1030 Highway 201 N. in Mountain Home. Paul claimed his prize on Aug. 12.
Paul, a frequent lottery player, initially stopped by the retailer just to escape the heat.
“I really wasn’t going to buy a ticket at first,” Paul told lottery officials. “But I just had a feeling that day.” Paul was correct: his Xtreme Money ticket held a $300,000 top prize.

“This really was a miracle, I tell you what,” the lucky winner said.
Paul plans to save his winnings. Xtreme Money has two remaining top prizes worth $300,000 each.
