Funeral services for Ellen Jane Kerr, Age 79 of Winona, Missouri,will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 16, 2025, at Yarber Mortuary, Winona, Missouri, with Bro. Ellen Jane Kerr was born on May 31, 1946, in Carter County, Missouri, to William Robert and Florence Naomi (Simpson) Kerr. She departed this life on September 10, 2025, in Springfield, Missouri.
Ellen is survived by one son, Melvin Kerr of Fremont, MO; one brother, Jess McKnight Kerr of Fremont; sisters-in-law, Janis Kerr of Fremont and Shirley Kerr of Ellington, MO; and several nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents, William and Florence Kerr; two brothers, Leeman Benjamin Kerr and William Henry Kerr; one sister, Melba Toy; one daughter, Sara Louise Kerr; one sister, Nellie Blanks; and one brother-in-law, Noble Blanks.
