Scarlette Rose Talley, Age 5
Asian/White Female / 3′ 0″ / 50 lbs.

David Roy Talley, Age 10 months
Asian/White Male / 1′ 6″ / 15 lbs.

Nannette was last seen at 7:45 p.m. on Sunday, September 14, 2025, in a vehicle near her J Bar J Road home near Melbourne (Izard County). Scarlette and David were believed to also be inside the vehicle – a 2004 gray Ford Explorer bearing the license plate: AR 367694.
Arkansas State Police is issuing this Missing/Endangered Advisory at the request of the Izard County Sheriff’s Office.
