Important Update from OAI
Due to delays in federal grant funding for several OAI programs, we will be operating with reduced staff beginning October 1.
Outreach Offices
• All outreach offices will be closed until funding is restored.
Main Office – West Plains
• Beginning October 1, the front door will be locked. The walk-up window and individual meeting rooms will be available for customer use.
• A reduced number of staff will be available in various departments, which may result in longer wait times for in-person services and phone support.
• Only fingerprint clients, staff, vendors, and clients with scheduled appointments will be allowed inside the building.

Services Not Affected
Head Start, Weatherization, Rental Assistance, Workforce, Homeless Assistance Programs and many other activities continue to provide services but may be somewhat delayed.
