WEST PLAINS, MO- There will be a Celebration of Life for Charlie Kirk on October 14 at 6:30 in the pavilion at People’s Park West Plains. The public is welcomed and encouraged to wear red and bring a candle or cell phone flashlight to illuminate our community and continue the light Charlie brought to the world.
