A 63-year-old Mammoth Spring man sustained minor injuries in an accident three miles south of West Plains on Highway 63 on Saturday.
The accident occurred when the 2016 Toyota Tundra he was driving left the roadway, struc a guardrail and went airborne coming to rest in a ditch.

He was transported to Ozarks Healthcare in West Plains for Treatment. He was also charged with DWI and failing to drive on the right half of the roadway.
