West Plains, MO. – Two West Plains residents are facing criminal charges in regards to a burglary and theft case back in October.
The probable cause statement addresses that this originally happened on October 11th, when a victim called to report a robbery on Main Street, West Plains, where the back door had been forcibly opened.
Various items inside the residence were stolen, including a crossbow, gaming systems, and a Chromebook, with total value at around $1,158.
The next day, the victims items were found after Nicholas and Brittney Gucinski were found with the items.
Both are facing a felony charge of 2nd Degree Burglary, and a felony charge of Stealing – $750 or more.
Probable cause statements were filed for this case on December 2nd.
