A West Plains, Missouri father-of-four was tragically killed in a wrong-way crash just two days before his 49th birthday.
According to a GoFundMe set up for the family of Travis Bearden, he was killed in a wrong-way crash caused by a drunk driver near his home on December 18, 2025. Bearden leaves behind his wife and their four children who are all now grappling with the sudden loss.
A GoFundMe was set up to help cover funeral expenses, lost income, and the immediate needs of the children as they begin navigating life without the beloved father and husband ahead of the holidays.
“Travis was a devoted husband and father who prioritized God and his family above all else. His unexpected passing has left his family facing immeasurable grief and significant financial hardship as they navigate funeral expenses, lost income, and the challenge of moving forward without their rock and provider,” the GoFundMe reads.
