The Howell County Commission has awarded a contract to K Davis Enterprises for the installation and replacement of nine low water crossings in the Southern District.
Reinforced concrete slabs will be placed at sites prone to erosion from heavy rainfall, improving roadway safety and durability.
Motorists are advised to remain alert and exercise caution when traveling through construction zones while work is in progress.
This project is funded by the 1/2 cent capital improvement tax.
