1st Quarter: Liberty Eagles control the tip as the first jump and floater is good by Junior Guard Paxton Hunter. Rebound by the New Covenant Warriors as a three pointer is good by Junior, Benjamin Meek.

The Eagles play their normal string of defense, enough time of passing from Hunter to Parker Tune to Carter Ellett. Parker Tune, Carter Ellett, and Alex Tune all get a chance to score in the First Quarter.

Liberty tries to guard the mussel for The New Covenant Warriors. This is Freshman, Brixton Watson who scores the second bucket  of the game for the Warriors as the Eagles hold the lead, 24-5

Towards the end of the Quarter, Liberty has at least 13 offensive rebounds, allowing them to keep a 28-5 lead at the end of one.

2nd Quarter: Liberty begins to make some turnovers going in to the second portion of the first half as Watson for the New Covenant Warriors scores twice.

Meanwhile, the offensive pressure for the Eagles stays pretty well in-tact. Blayne Altermatt (the new transfer for the Eagles) scores his first two pointer of the matchup behind buckets from Parker Tune and a nice three pointer by Carter Ellett.

Altermatt (who transfers to Liberty from Ozark and formerly of Willow Springs) scores his fifth point and the second three pointer of the 2nd Quarter for The Eagles.

Watson for New Covenant is still the threat for The Eagles on rebound as The Warriors are seeking to pick up a little pace. However, Liberty has jumped out to a 42 -9 with about 2 minutes to go in the half.

All five shooters for New Covenant enter the ballgame towards the end of the half as Ellett scores on another two pointer for Liberty.

HALFTIME: Liberty Eagles: 44/ New Covenant Academy Warriors: 10

3rd Quarter: Quarter begins with a missed three point play by the Eagles as Issac Holden makes the bucket for The New Covenant Warriors. Holden completes the play at the line as they trail 44-13. Rebound and baseline jumper is good by Alex Tune for The Liberty Eagles.

Turnovers for the Eagles are not hurting them too badly and New Covenant still seems to be playing at a fairly slow pace. Senior Blayne Altermatt scores eight mores points for the Eagles with the good old fashioned three pointer.

Cooper Holden scores about 4 points on a run for The Eagles as three minute mark is neared, Eagles hold the lead 63-17.

Eagles only hold 2 team fouls while The New Covenant Warriors hold 5 team fouls in the minute of the quarter as Eagles hold the lead 68-17, after three.

4th Quarter: Cooper Holden gets several back to back three pointers for the Eagles to keep them on top. Watson for New Covenant tries to fight back but by this point, Coach Harrill has emptied his bench and Eagles have completely overtaken the New Covenant Warriors on offense.
