A spring native plant sale is coming to West Plains next month, offering residents a chance to support local ecosystems and add native species to their landscaping. The event, hosted by the Scenic Rivers Invasive Species Partnership, will feature a wide selection of plants from the Missouri Wildflower Nursery.
The sale is scheduled for Tuesday, April 21, from 3 to 6 p.m. at Carmical Field on Missouri Avenue. Organizers say visitors can purchase milkweed to help Monarch butterflies or choose from a variety of native trees, shrubs, and wildflowers.

Pre‑orders are available through the nursery’s website and can be picked up during the event.
