A Level 3 sex offender was arrested this morning, March 20th, after he was found to be residing in Baxter County without registering or notifying the Sheriff’s Office of his residency here.
The Sheriff’s Office obtained information that 53 year old TIMOTHY JOSEPH DALE, who was last registered as a sex offender with the Boone County, Arkansas Sheriff’s Office, was now living in a camper trailer at the CampMart RV Park on Buzzard Roost Cutoff. He had indicated with his previous registration that he was homeless, which would require him to still reside somewhere within the jurisdiction of the registering agency.
This morning, Sheriff’s Deputy Tanner Anderson went to the address on Buzzard Roost Cutoff and found TIMOTHY JOSEPH DALE there. Information obtained during the investigation indicated that DALE had been living at that location for approximately two months.
TIMOTHY JOSEPH DALE was then arrested and transported to the Baxter County Detention Center and booked on a charge of:
Failure to Comply with Registration and Reporting Requirements – Felony
He was given a bond of $15,000 and is scheduled to appear before the Baxter County Circuit Court to answer on March 30th.
