Sharp County Sheriff Releases Weekly Incarceration Report

SHARP COUNTY, Ark. — The Sharp County Sheriff’s Office released its weekly incarceration report for March 23 through March 30, 2026, according to Chief Deputy Kevin “Bart” Simpson.

The following individuals were booked into custody during the reporting period. All charges are allegations, and defendants are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.

Rebecca Aviles, 35, of Cherokee Village, was arrested for failure to appear on misdemeanor charges of disorderly conduct and public intoxication, as well as parole/probation violation and contempt for failure to pay restitution.

Joshua Barrett, 28, of Cave City, was arrested on two counts of endangering the welfare of a minor in the second degree, domestic battering in the third degree and assault on a family or household member in the first degree.

Freddie Bradley, 56, of Morrilton, was taken into custody on a body attachment.

Betty Brooks, 43, of Poughkeepsie, was arrested for domestic battering in the third degree.

Payton Crider, 34, of Ash Flat, was arrested for driving without owning a driver’s license, driving while intoxicated (first offense) and operating a motor vehicle equipped with an ignition interlock device in violation of requirements.

Steven Henry, 25, of Williford, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia, assault of a family or household member in the third degree (first offense), apprehension of imminent danger, endangering the welfare of a minor in the second degree and possession of a Schedule III controlled substance.

Tracey Hunt, 51, of Augusta, was arrested for failure to change address on a driver’s license, driving while intoxicated (drugs) and careless or prohibited driving.

Austin Miller, 30, of Ash Flat, was arrested for distributing, possessing or viewing matter depicting sexually explicit conduct involving a child, computer child pornography and computer exploitation of a child in the first degree.

Whitney Pickens, 47, of Cave City, was arrested for direct contempt of court.

Alexander Roulette, 30, of Dittmer, Missouri, was arrested for failure to appear on charges of false registration of pedigree animals and violation of a city ordinance.

Deonte Scott, 34, of Hardy, was arrested for failure to appear on misdemeanor charges including driving on a suspended or revoked driver’s license, no proof of liability insurance, failure to pay registration, expired tags, contempt for failure to pay restitution and contempt of court for non-payment of fines.

Joanna Verbenec, 33, of Evening Shade, was arrested for cruelty to animals.

Larry Willingham, 36, of Hardy, was sentenced to the Arkansas Department of Corrections.
