A Memorial Visitation for Bobby Lee Southards, Age 94 of Bradleyville, Missouri will be held on Thursday, April 16th, 2026 at The Clinkingbeard Funeral Home, Ava, Missouri from 1-2 PM. Burial will be in The Blair Cemetery, Bradleyville, Missouri.
Bobby Lee Southards, born on April 5, 1931 to Charley and Delia (Albright) Southards, passed away peacefully on April 11, 2026, at Forsyth Nursing and Rehab.
Bobby’s journey began in the early years of the 20th century, a time of great change and challenge. On November 22, 1950, he was united in marriage to Opal Ludwig in Harrison, Arkansas. Together they raised three children.
Bobby was preceded in death by his wife, Opal and son, Craig.
Bobby is survived by his two children, Becky and Wes Kuhs and Randy Southards. His legacy continues through his five grandchildren—Brian Southards, Joy Gable, Sundee Hume, Kristen Coffer, and Kayla Carter—who carry forward the family’s cherished traditions and values. Additionally, he was a proud great-grandfather to eight great-grandchildren, whose lives he touched.
Bobby Lee Southards will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege to know him.
