ASH FLAT, Ark. – The Sharp County Sheriff’s Office has released its weekly incarceration report for the week of October 6–13, 2025. According to Chief Deputy Kevin “Bart” Simpson, the following individuals were booked into the Sharp County Detention Center. All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
Daniel Alwin, 31, of Cherokee Village, was arrested for domestic battering in the third degree, interference with emergency communications in the first degree, terroristic threatening, and aggravated assault on a family or household member.
James Baney, 47, of Evening Shade, was held for another county or state.
Brent Dale, 57, of Evening Shade, was arrested for failure to appear–felony on a prior charge of battery in the first degree.
Kendra Fennell, 35, of Highland, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia related to methamphetamine, cocaine, heroin, and fentanyl; possession of a Schedule I or II controlled substance (meth/cocaine greater than or equal to 2 grams but less than 10 grams); possession of drug paraphernalia; and possession of a Schedule VI controlled substance less than 4 ounces.
Rachel Gitzen, 29, of Cave City, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts of possession of instruments of crime.
Billy Harrell, 36, of Little Rock, was arrested for parole or probation violation.
Jeffrey Harris, 35, of Evening Shade, was arrested for assault on a family or household member in the third degree, second offense.
Patrick Hogan, 39, of Williford, was arrested for driving while intoxicated, first offense.
Emarion Johnson, 22, of Little Rock, was arrested for parole or probation violation.
Tanya Lake, 56, of Lynn, was court ordered to incarceration.
Kelly Maller, 43, of Cave City, was charged with direct contempt of court.
Matthew Marshall, 35, of Batesville, was arrested for failure to appear–misdemeanor on a contempt of court (non-payment) charge, as well as no proof of liability insurance and passing a stopped school bus.
Brenda Morton, 47, of Monticello, was arrested for parole or probation violation.
Warren Prince, 25, of Cave City, was arrested for public intoxication.
Brian Qualls, 55, of Ash Flat, was arrested for interference with emergency communications in the first degree.
Perry Robinson, 45, of Jonesboro, was booked on a bond surrender.
Kyjuan Rodgers, 22, of West Memphis, was arrested for failure to appear–misdemeanor on no proof of liability insurance.
Codie St. John, 34, of Hardy, was arrested for domestic battering in the third degree.
Matthew Sullivan, 60, of Hardy, was arrested for failure to appear–misdemeanor on driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license.
