Incarceration Report Includes Drug, DWI, and Probation Cases in Izard County

MELBOURNE, Ark. — The Izard County Sheriff’s Office has released its weekly incarceration report for the week of Sept. 22 through Sept. 27, 2025. Sheriff Charley Melton said the following individuals were arrested during that time.

  • Daniel Bailey, 48, of Melbourne, was arrested on Sept. 22 on a warrant out of the Izard County Circuit Court for three counts of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms.

  • Jarron Burk, 45, of Melbourne, was arrested on Sept. 23 on a warrant for failure to appear out of Greene County.

  • Eric Stewart, 37, of Calico Rock, was arrested on Sept. 24 on a warrant out of the Izard County District Court for failure to appear.

  • Mariano Tolentino-Covarrubias, 21, of Melbourne, was arrested on Sept. 25 for no vehicle license, no driver’s license, no proof of insurance, speeding, and driving while intoxicated.

  • Thomas Peal, 71, of Melbourne, was arrested on Sept. 25 on a warrant out of the Izard County District Court for DWI and careless driving.

  • Jeffrey Young, 45, of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested on Sept. 25 for probation violations and a bond revocation out of the Izard County Circuit Court.

  • Billy Holland, 60, of Pineville, was arrested on Sept. 27 for second-degree terroristic threatening and disorderly conduct.

The sheriff’s office reminds the public that all individuals are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
