Izard County Weekly Arrest Report Includes Drug and Disorderly Conduct Charges

MELBOURNE, Ark. — The Izard County Sheriff’s Office released its weekly incarceration report on Monday, detailing several arrests made between July 29 and August 4, 2025. Sheriff Charley Melton stated that all individuals are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

  • Sarah Rose, 44, of Mountain View, was arrested on July 29 for defective vehicle lights, no proof of insurance, and possession of a controlled substance.

  • Jared Ganus, 24, of Batesville, was taken into custody the same day on a warrant issued by the Izard County District Court for failure to appear.

 

  • Christina Brown, 51, of Wideman, was arrested on August 2. She is facing pending charges related to possession of drug paraphernalia.

 

  • Kevin Davis, 39, of Cushman, was also arrested on August 2 on a failure to appear warrant from the Izard County District Court.

 

  • Madison Russell, 18, of Melbourne, was arrested on August 4 for disorderly conduct.
