An accident one mile south of Mansfield was left a 6-year-old Yellville girl with moderate injuries.
The accident occurred when a 36-year-old Mansfield woman was turning around in her 2019 Mitsubishi Outlander and pulled out in front of a 2006 Chevrolet Suburban driven by a 35-year-old Yellville Arkansas man, striking the vehicle and causing both to come to rest in a ditch.

The 6-year-old Yellville girl was transported to Mercy in Springfield, no other injuries were reported according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol Crash Report.
