The Wright County Sherriff’s Department went to an apartment in Mountain Grove on Monday to execute a warrant for Charles Moss. The probable cause statement stated that deputies arrived and Jazmen Moss answered the door, she was asked if Charles was there and she stated that he was not there.
During the conversation a deputy saw a shadow and heard a noise from inside the apartment and Jazmen said it was just her dog, no one else was at the residence and she granted permission for the deputies to go in and look.

Charles was found in a bathroom located off of the bedroom and he was placed in handcuffs. Deputies then arrested Jazmen Moss and she is being charged with hindering the prosecution of a felony.
