A pursuit in Texas county ended in a collision Friday night. A 1998 Lincoln driven by a 44-year-old Houston man was being pursued with lights and sirens in a 2016 Ford Explorer driven by a 37-year-old Houston man.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol Crash Report the Lincoln lost control, spun 180 degrees and accelerated towards the Explorer as it was stopped or nearly stopped. The Lincoln struck the Explorer then a stack of pallets before coming to rest.

The officer driving the Explorer was taken by private conveyance to Texas County Memorial Hospital for treatment of minor injuries. No injuries were reported on the driver of the Lincoln.
