Birch Tree, MO. – A crash that happened this past Sunday and injured two people ended with one person being arrested.
This crash happened on Sunday, when Christopher Brown, 31 of Birch Tree entered the roadway of Highway 99 and struck a Chevy Silverado with his Ford Edge. The occupants of the Silverado were injured, but Brown was not.

In the aftermath of the crash, Brown was transported to the Howell County Jail for an active warrant on failure to appear.
Trooper S.A. Swink of the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Troop G was the investigating officer on the scene.
