27-year-old Matthew Moore of Briarcliff was arrested by the Arkansas Department of Corrections on Friday.

He was booked into the Baxter County Jail with charges of Possession of Meth or Cocaine with Intent to Deliver, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Parole Violation and Habitual Criminal Act. He is being held on a $15,000 bond.
He has five prior bookings in Baxter County
