The Bridges Program will host its 11th Annual Back-To-School Fair on Saturday, August 9, from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. in the West Plains High School parking lot. The event is open to students from Fairview, Glenwood, Howell Valley, Junction Hill, Richards, West Plains, and Head Start.
