Cabool, MO. – The City of Cabool has recognized an idividual who gave two-and-a-half decades to the service of the local town.
Assistant Police Chief Walter Darter has announced his retirement, after putting in 26 years of service.

Kim Elliot, the City Clerk, gives a statement, celebrating Darter in his new chapter of life.
