Howell County Health Department reports an additional 27 cases of COVID-19 for Howell County, of these cases 4 have been identified as breakthrough cases. The breakthrough case rate as of today for Howell County is 1.7 %. This brings the to date total number of cases to 5957. Of the new cases 18 live in West Plains, 5 live in Willow Springs, 3 live in Mountain View and 1 lives in Pomona. There have been 25,220 tested to date (new testing data unavailable today).
