Criminal Setting Scheduled for Woman Facing Statutory Sodomy Charges

West Plains, MO. – According to Missouri Case.Net, there has been a recent update on the case involving a woman who is facing multiple charges of Statutory Sodomy.

The one facing charges in the case is identified as Ashlea Pendergrass. The change on this case is dated the 4th of this month, pertaining to a criminal setting being scheduled for June 6th. The case has received a few delays up to this point, with a change of judge also taking place in March with the switch going from Judge Steven Privette to Judge Harvey Allen.

According to the probable cause affidavit on the case, this case stems back to January of this year when a 16-year-old male reported sexual abuse from two years earlier. The assault took place in the Ridgewood Place area of West Plains, and states that Pendergrass had performed various sexual actions on the victim while he was under her care during a sleepover.

Pendergrass had left the state before she could be interviewed about the incident. When the warrant was issued, bond was set at $100,000, cash or corporate surety.
