Monday afternoon a 25-year-old Doniphan Missouri man sustained serious injuries when the 2008 Chevrolet Malibu he was driving traveled off the right side of Highway 160 and struck a culvert.
He was transported to Region One in Memphis by air for treatment. According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol Crash Report, he was not wearing a safety device.
