A Seymour man was killed early Sunday morning in a collision on U.S. 60 in Diggins, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
Troopers report the crash happened at 3:42 a.m. on April 26 when a westbound 2020 Ford Explorer struck a bicyclist traveling in the same lane.

The bicyclist, a 25‑year‑old man from Seymour died from his injuries. He was pronounced dead at 3:56 a.m. by CoxHealth paramedic Ryan Larson and transported to the Webster County Coroner’s Office by Craig‑Hurtt Funeral Home.
The driver of the Ford, a 59‑year‑old man from Ava, was wearing a seat belt and was not reported injured.
