In the early hours of Saturday May 17th, 2025 the Baxter County Sherriff’s Office arrested a 59year-old Flippin woman, Dawn Eileen Spaulding on multiple drug offenses. Spaulding is being charged with the following:
POSSESSING INSTRUMENTS OF CRIME
POSS DRUG PARAPHERNALIA – MISDEMEANOR
POSS DRUG PARAPHERNALIA – FELONY
POSS CONT SUBST (SIMPLE POSS) FELONY
POSS OF SCH I OR II CONT SUB PURP TO DEL
POSS CONT SUBST (SIMPLE POSS) FELONY
POSS SCH VI CONT SUBST PURP OF DELIVERY

She was booked into the Baxter County Jail with her bond set at $15,000.
