Forecasters warn that excessive rainfall could lead to flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other flood-prone locations. Low-water crossings may also become hazardous or impassable.

Residents in at-risk areas are urged to monitor forecasts closely and be prepared to act if flooding develops. A Flood Watch means flooding is possible, and conditions may worsen quickly if heavy rainfall continues.
