The Howell County Sheriff’s Department has announced their Fugitive Friday fugitive suspect Larry Latham Jr who is from the Pomona area. has turned himself in to the Howell County Sheriff’s Department.

Latham was wanted for failure to appear on a Possession of a Controlled Substance Case, his bond is $5000.
