FULTON COUNTY, Ark. — The following report summarizes recent law enforcement activity in Fulton County. The activity reflects arrests and filings from November 2025 through the present involving the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office and other local-level law enforcement agencies within the county.
According to court records, several individuals were charged in early December in connection with a range of alleged offenses.
Jeremy Lane Hurst was charged on Dec. 3 with aggravated assault on a family or household member, second-degree battery, and first-degree terroristic threatening.
Danielle Lynn Griggs was charged on Dec. 3 with delivery of methamphetamine, cocaine, or heroin in an amount less than two grams. The offense date listed in court records was Aug. 20, 2025.
Jimmy Dewayne Griggs was charged on Dec. 5 with maintaining a drug premises and possession of drug paraphernalia related to methamphetamine, cocaine, heroin, or fentanyl. The offense date was listed as Dec. 3.
Larry Ray Willingham was charged on Dec. 10 with possession of a Schedule I or II controlled substance, including methamphetamine or cocaine in an amount less than two grams, possession of drug paraphernalia related to methamphetamine, cocaine, heroin, or fentanyl, and driving on a suspended license. The offense date was listed as Dec. 8.
In addition to recent court filings, a review of the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office inmate roster identified several individuals arrested between November 2025 and the present who are either currently incarcerated or were recently released.
Amanda Jean Branscum was arrested on Dec. 9 and remains incarcerated. She is charged with delivery of methamphetamine or cocaine in an amount less than two grams.
Joe Wayne Glaser was arrested on Nov. 21 and remains incarcerated. Charges listed include delivery of methamphetamine or cocaine, offenses relating to records or maintaining premises, habitual offender status, two counts of failure to appear, and failure to pay a fine.
Nicholas Edward Ford was arrested on Sept. 9 and released on Dec. 16. Although the arrest occurred prior to November, his release fell within the reporting period. Charges listed include offenses relating to records or maintaining premises, delivery of methamphetamine or cocaine, delivery of methamphetamine or cocaine in an amount less than two grams, delivery of a Schedule I or II controlled substance not methamphetamine or cocaine, and use of a communication device.
Jennifer Cherie Gschwind was arrested and released on Dec. 17. Charges listed include harassing communications and violation of a protection order.
