West Plains, MO. – The inaugural Kansas City Barbecue Society BBQ Festival will finally be happening starting tomorrow at the Heart of the Ozarks Fairgrounds in West Plains! This event will take place on both Friday and Saturday, and is loaded down with a variety of attractions for individuals.
This KCBS BBQ Festival is put on by Give Local First, the non-profit side of Ozark Marketing, as a part of our yearly fund-raising activities for other local non-profit organizations. This year, proceeds from this event go on to benefit the West Plains Elk’s Lodge #2418 Veteran’s Program.
Cost of entry will be $10 for adults, and $5 for kids aged 6-10 on Friday, and $15 for adults and $10 for kids. Weekend passes are also available for purchase. For more information, you can call 417-256-3131.
